Natalie Fry has worked at Richard Cloudesley School for over ten years, in various roles, currently as an Assistant Head.
Natalie played a key role in the introduction and implementation of systemic approaches to communication and the use of AAC. She works alongside Michelle Mann on the implementation of a strategic approach to literacy instruction across the school.
